You learn about place settings, understanding menus, types of service, setting-up side stations, proper serving techniques, and how to best conduct yourself before, during and after an event.
Bartending for Banquets – 4 hours
Learn the basics of cocktails, mixing terms, glassware and set-up for a banquet bar.
French Service – 3 hours
Learn the art of table-side service with an elegant and interesting way of preparing food. Today this method of service is very popular at high level events with large budgets.

Banquet Services Training – 20 hours
You will acquire the in-demand and highly desired skills necessary to provide hospitality facilities with accurate and professional services. This self-paced and interactive program focuses on process, speed and proficiency in servicing of both catered and hotel events. It is strongly advised that you have the ability to lift at least 30lbs and speak conversational English. Students need to provide a tuxedo during the course. You will receive a Banquet Professional Certification upon successful completion of this course.
